In lab attack you play as a little squid like alien in a dark gloomy lab, you will encounter varying objectives such as “rescue the plant-beings” or “protect the terminal from attackers”. Varying enemy types each with their own behaviors, player choices, upgrades, and a challenging boss battle at the end.
Lab attack was made over two weeks with one other programmer and four artists using Unity. My roles in this project included:
- Enemy / Escort behavior AI
- Extendible objective system
- Player movement and controls
- Animation and rigging
- Boss battle design and mechanics
